Would you rather have uni as nigiri or sashimi? Zamani’s menu lists both uni nigiri and fresh uni sashimi, making it easy to put sea urchin at the centre of your meal. One visitor particularly enjoyed the uni sushi. The menu also includes hirame wrapped around uni, another way to try the pairing beyond nigiri.

Other dishes include seared hamo, marked as limited in quantity, hamo tempura and grilled whelk. They lend themselves to ordering a few plates to share with drinks, whether you’re keeping things light or sampling several. One diner also praised the range of sake. Beer and wine are available too, giving you a choice of drinks to accompany the uni and seafood dishes.
